Just received from Jane Cornes:
A brief reminder that the next WOW is on this coming Monday, 7 April
and promises to be a burster.
Donna Ward has put together an evening of both poetry and prose
readings from those who have contributed to Indigo journal volumes 1 & 2.
Guest poets include Liana Joy Christensen, Vivienne Glance, Anna Weldon
and Dennis Haskell
The Short Stories for the evening are, 'A Fishers Tale' read by
emerging young writer Briony Stewart, 'Barcelona' read by established writer Mike Williams, and Meredi Ortega's stunning story 'The Matter Concerning the Old Lady Artist on the Hill' read by Donna Ward.
There will be time for open mike as well and indigo will be on sale on
the night.
I suspect there might be quite a crowd, so if you're happy sitting on
the floor down the front, please bring a cushion.
Monday evening 7th April 7:30pm
104b The Laneway, Perth City.
(Near the corner of Murray and Pier streets - SORRY cannot attach the MUD MAP because it's a PDF)
Cost $5 waged, $3 unwaged.
Tea and coffee provided. Bring your own mug.
