You are invited to attend the next Lunchlines session on Friday 2nd May 2008.
Lunchlines: Andrew Burke
Andrew Burke is a widely published poet who has been writing for five decades, first inspired by Milton 's Sonnet on his blindness and recently inspired by the playful antics of Charles Bernstein. A sea of words has sometimes washed up on the screen, on the stage, and on the page. Due to his never-ending search for novelty, he has never made much more than a bean out of 'creative writing', so he has written a million advertisements and taught a hundred thousand students from Perth to Beijing , from Wagga Wagga to Wanalirri Catholic School in The Kimberley, all of this to keep the wolf from the door.
