NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Into the WA Government’s decision to allow Magellan Metals to transport lead carbonate through metropolitan Perth to Fremantle Port

Saturday March 7 and 8, 2009 10:00am – 4:00pm

Notre Dame University Court House, Marine Terrace, Fremantle

Every member of the West Australian community is invited to attend the hearing.
All are encouraged to book to speak (5 minute maximum) or make a written submission. Submissions will be hand delivered to Parliament House on the first day of sitting, March 10, 2009.

Submissions can be made at the hearing, emailed to sharronk@fremantle.wa.gov.au, delivered to the Town Hall Centre, 8 William Street, Fremantle or posted to PO Box 807, Fremantle WA 6959.

Both must be received no later than 5pm Thursday March 5, 2009.
